more on stability:

We combine the Titleist Performance Institute drill, lead hip high, lead shoulder low with the K-Vest Trainer!

Lat Length Limited, Reach Roll Lift Limited, can cause width, sway, and reverse spine angle problems.  First we made sure Amit had proper grip to promote wrist hinge (radial deviation) on backswing. Then we used this drill to help him get a  stretch and feeling of arms away from body (this made his swing feel much shorter, but more stable) rather than allowing his arms to collapse (which gave him a feeling of a longer swing).

The Currituck Club a great place for a spring trip!

I played with Bud Lintelman, PGA Professional, I was very impressed with his puttting and asked him to shared his thoughts on putting.

Jay is working with the 1/2 foam rollers to stabilize his lower body, get proper ankle mobility, and  at the same time using an FMT Cord for resistance training on his backswing!

Lori has a leg up!

Dave and the one handed to cover.  This drill is especially interesting because Dave is left handed but plays golf right handed!

Last week we shared a video (see farther below) of Bill and Patience, she was expecting.  We were elated to get the following email from Bill.  Congratulations to Mom, Hope Lillian, and Dad from your Waters Landing Golf Park family.  We promise to post video of the first family visit to WLGP!  We need to start working on that TPI for Infants program!

John,
Wanted to let you know Hope Lillian Gaskill was born tax day (April 15th) @ 6.7lbs, 19".  It's been a wild ride and I can't wait to start hitting g balls again.  See the two pics below.

Best Regards,

Good friends of ours, Bill and Patience, who have taken lessons and have practiced here for years, were out at Waters Landing Golf Park tonight. Bill was hitting  balls  and she was expecting! Actually she is due next Monday, we which them all the best!  We promise to give everyone an update when the big day arrives and a video update when the child makes its first visit to Waters Landing Golf Park!

Justin's lesson was about not sliding into the shot, by using a FMT cord for resistance training (pulling him to the left) his reaction was to stabilize his left side.
